lead-time
  • please place your order at least 1-2 weeks from ship date for stock cookies, and at least 2-4 weeks out for custom cookies.
  • the more time the better, because there's probably already a queue ahead of your order.
  • with that said, rush orders can sometimes be accommodated. 
allergies
  • our cookies are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, soy, wheat and dairy.
  • cookies made with nuts are in bags marked accordingly 
terms
  • payment in full is due upon order confirmation to reserve a place in the production schedule.
  • payment is nonrefundable.
shipping
  • orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, which does not have a guaranteed delivery date, but almost always takes 1-3 days.
  • if you need a guaranteed delivery date, please specify and we will quote a price. 
  • we pack orders very carefully, but once they leave our hands, we are not financially responsible for damage (very rare) or loss (has never happened) caused by shipper/messenger. with that said, we will certainly do our best to make things right.
